Privacy
Early-access summary. Clue is built for Australian firms and is designed around the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. A full privacy policy accompanies production use.
What we collect
Account information you provide (firm name, administrator email, chosen address) and basic usage/billing metadata. During early access we may record your interest to contact you.
Your firm's client data
Kept in Australia in your firm's own copy of Clue, apart from every other customer, and never used to train AI models. Our support team does not access your client documents.
Sub-processors
We use established suppliers for hosting, payments and email, with Australian data residency where applicable. A current sub-processor list is available on request and forms part of the Data Processing Agreement.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and export your firm's data at any time. Contact privacy@clue.legal.
