Terms of Service
Early-access summary. A full Terms of Service and Data Processing Agreement is provided as part of onboarding. Checkout charges the price shown; we review each firm before setting it up.
1. Service
Clue provides a managed legal-AI application. AI output is assistive only and must be independently verified by a qualified legal practitioner. You are responsible for your professional judgement and for compliance with your obligations.
2. Your data
Your firm's files are kept in Australia, apart from every other firm, not shared with other customers, and is not used to train AI models. You may export or request deletion of your data. A Data Processing Agreement governs our role as processor.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to create accounts fraudulently or in bulk, probe or bypass security controls, or use the service for unlawful purposes. We may apply rate limits and verification to protect the service.
4. Early access
Features and availability may change. We onboard firms individually during this period; what happens at checkout and afterwards is stated explicitly before payment.
